Clean and Jerk - 5RM (Max weight for 5 repetitions on each arm)
Snatch - 5RM (Max weight for 5 repetitions on each arm)
Thrusters - 5RM (Max weight for 5 repetitions*)
* Use 2 kettlebells (1 in each hand) for the thrusters if possible.
