Schedule Change for THIS WEEK ONLY!

Hump Day! And summer is around the corner!  So we all need to get serious about our fitness and nutrition:)  At least, that is what most people do around this time of year....

Try to get yourself to class tonight at 6:30pm, because it is the last weekday class for this week only.

Tomorrow's Thursday night class needs to be canceled.  

Saturday classes will be available as well on April 18th, so plan on waking up early to get your beach body rolling!

Sorry for the late notice.  I completely forgot to send this out last night.  

Yvette and I will be competing at the Mid Atlantic Affiliate Challenge all weekend in Ellicott City, MD.  We start at 9:30am today.  

So unfortunately, today's classes are canceled.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
