Oct 31st Kettlebell Competition

Last kettlebell competition of 2015! Sign up early to save on registration fees!

The event will take place on October 31st, a Saturday, from 8am-12noon.  Being that it is Halloween, costumes are optional, but it certainly would make it more fun!

Exciting news! Terrapin CrossFit will be hosting the IKLF Kettlebell Nationals Competition on Sept. 24, 2016.  It will he a huge event, with a lot of talent from around the country, sponsorships, prizes, etc.  If you want to be a part of it, start training and competing now!

Modified Class Schedule for Aug 3-10th

As most of you know, Yvette and I will be out of the country for a week.  The schedule will be as follows:

Tomorrow, Monday, August 3rd = CLASS IS ON!  I am teaching before I leave....

Wednesday, August 5th = CLASS IS ON!  Whitney is teaching.

Thursday, August 6th = CLASS IS ON! Whitney is teaching.

Saturday, August 8th = CANCELED!

Monday, August 10th = CANCELED!

Wednesday, August 12 = CLASS IS ON!  I'll be back to teaching....
