No Class This Saturday, Dec 12th

   I'll be in Delaware competing in a crossfit competition with Yvette, and Whitney wasn't able to cover, so there will not be class Saturday morning.  Be sure to join Whitney tonight at 6:30pm, and I'll see you all again on Monday night.
