WOD-Cardio 1 REPEAT

As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes

Thrusters (1 Bells) - 5 reps
Snatch (1 Bell) - 15 reps each arm
Clean and Jerk (1 Bell) - 10 reps each arm
2 Hand Swing (1 Bell) - 30 reps

  4. FYI, the first class actually performed thrusters with 2 kettlebells. For their class, they performed 10 reps with 2 kbs. The last 2 classes performed 5 reps on each arm with 1 kettlebell.
