On my way

29 S. is completely closed off up near Columbia. I am on my way, but will be five minutes late. The probably means there was a fatal car accident.

No Class On Wednesday, Nov 4th

I will not be able to teach Wednesday night this week.  I adopted another dog from BARCS, and he is getting neutered on Wednesday.  They didn't give me any option.  I have to pick him up in Baltimore City at 6pm Wednesday night.

Sorry for the inconvenience.  Whitney will see you for the Thursday night class at 6:30pm, and I'll see you Saturday morning at 8:30am!

No Classes Tomorrow Because of KB Competition

Please remember that tomorrow's classes are canceled in order to host the last IKLF KB Competition at Terrapin CrossFit tomorrow.  Weigh ins are at 8am, and the event starts at 9am.  Rule and judging briefing will begin at 8:30am.  Please come support us, and register to participate, if you have not done so already.
