June 20th Competition!
Don't forget to register for the June 20th Maryland State IKLF kettlebell competition!
Schedule Change!
This Saturday, June 13th, will need to be canceled. Yvette and I will be attending a weekend certification, and I wasn't able to get coverage. Next weekend, June 20th, the Saturday classes are also canceled due to the kettlebell competition held at Terrapin CrossFit. So please adjust your schedules.
That means you should try to attend tonight's class if at all possible, because you won't be training again until Monday evening.
